Harjap Gakhal

Harjap Gakhal is a public policy and government relations leader with over seven years of experience across campaign management, stakeholder relations, and policy development. Currently serving as Lead of Strategic Government Relations and Policy at the Ontario Real Estate Association, Harjap previously held senior roles across the Ontario government and the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario.

During this time, Harjap has helped organize and deliver strong electoral wins, advanced multiple Private Members' Bills to Royal Assent, and built relationships with political leaders, industry groups, and community stakeholders across Ontario. Fluent in four languages, Harjap is committed to strengthening the voice of Ontario REALTORS® at every level of government.
