Melanie Chiu

Melanie Chiu is a Toronto-based real estate broker, educator, and speaker who helps REALTORS® grow their businesses without compromising trust. Her work brings together real estate practice, negotiation, ethics, and professional learning to support more confident, client-centred decision-making. Melanie is known for making complex professional issues practical and usable, helping REALTORS® approach prospecting as the beginning of a relationship, rather than a simple transaction or lead-generation activity. She is also the founder of the Canadian Centre for AI in Real Estate (CCAIRE), an education-focused initiative advancing responsible, human-centred AI adoption in real estate.
