Natalie Dumond is a certified leadership coach, facilitator, and speaker with over 1,000 coaching hours and a passion for one thing: helping people communicate in a way that builds real connection.

Natalie is also a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and one of a select group of facilitators licensed to deliver Brené Brown's research-based leadership curriculum. Her work was included in the bestselling book Dare to Lead. She also holds ICF ACC certification and a Co-Active Coaching designation with 1,000+ hours of practice. Before launching Natalie Dumond Consulting, she held Director-level roles at Knix and Miovision Technologies, giving her first-hand experience of the human dynamics that make-or-break client and team relationships under pressure.
